Church Planting

We’re out to start Churches after doing evangelism, trainings, prayer meetings, etc., at places that the Lord will lead us. We’re out to build the Church Ministry Headquarter on a piece of land that we shall buy when the Lord provides funds. This is whereby also the Pastor’s House will be established and the planed Bible College. We shall also build other small Churches that we shall start so as to enable the group of believers to easily meet and fellowship. We are thus requesting for Partnership with either Mission Church Planters, International Ministries, or Volunteers, who wish to help us in this area of improving the lives of Children. We’ve so far planted over 7 small churches but most of them are not built and the group of believers in these places are either meeting in houses, rented rooms, in semi permanent small structure churches or under trees. Please we need help to establish these Churches.

African Needy, Street and Orphaned Children Projects

Our Lord has given us a merciful heart and a burden to assist the Orphans, Street and the Needy children in our community in reference to the scriptures in James 1:27 and Mt 25:34-40. We do invite and welcome Networking Partners, Volunteers, Trusts, Friends, and Institutions of charity or Foundations who would wish to come forward and help us in this area of improving and bringing hope to the lives of so many Children in Kenya, to consider contacting us. We’re mainly focused in 3 areas mainly,

  1. Needy children's school education project
We’ve started an academy school for the poor and the needy children in the Rural Community. We desire to build the school on about 5-6 acres of land with about 12 classrooms inclusive of the Administration block. We shall also dig a well or bore hole of water on the compound. Note that we’ve started with about 20 children already, who are learning under a tree on a donated space, with two teachers and 1 care giver who are just volunteering. Please help us to help this children get the education privilege. Volunteers or friends who want to help these kids by either donating books, teach, offer care giving services, spiritually empower the Children, etc are welcomed to contact us.
  2. Sponsor an orphan child project
We’ve over 30 Orphans (mostly affected as a result of the death of their parents due to Hiv/Aids) living in homes of the Church members and some few guardians. Our dream is to identify sponsors who can select a child and help him, or her, with as little as US $40, or more, a month. This will help the child to get education, food and health care.

Donations to this project can be in material form like used or new clothes , books, first aid kit box(es) ,used or new shoes; tracts, bibles; drugs; playing equipments etc. If we shall get enough funds in the future, then we shall build a children’s home for about 50-100 (or more) children. Volunteers in this area will be needed in the area of home care giving, counseling, and Sunday spiritual teaching; washing of the children in homes; offer cooking services; do some gardening; carry out fundraising for the establishment of the Home etc.

  1. Street children football club project & HIV Aids
We’ve started a Street Children football club in Bungoma town of the Western Province of Kenya; aimed at nurturing their talents and reduce further spread rate of the HIV virus. We’re geared towards training and engaging this grown up street kids in football skills; spiritually empower them, and involve them in HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness discussions. Our focus is to link this talented street kids (both boys and girls) to institutions, coaches, football players/fans; football clubs, e.t.c internationally, who can be willing to help them. Through these activities, we hope that the kids can’t be idle in the streets which only ushers them to engage either in crimes; unwanted sex, drug abuse etc. We do also include them in Environmental Community Cleaning and Conservation activities like street cleaning, drainage making, and tree planting activities on specific weekend holidays after they are through with football practicing/training sessions.

In the future we desire to start an exchange program with international football young clubs, institutions or Ministries. Material donations that we need in this area may be in the form of Football uniforms; Balls; HIV/AIDS prevention information books & awareness banners, tee-shirts, caps, trees, etc. Volunteers who want to teach on HIV/AIDS prevention among these street children; coach them on football skills, engage them in environmental conservation/cleaning events; spiritually counsel and empower them etc. are also allowed to contact us.

Kenya Orphan Rescue Project website.

The Magdalene Project

This is a project aimed at Ministering to women and girls who’ve been involved in commercial sex working, alcoholics, Prisons, and drug abuse conditions. We are out to speak to them; spiritually empower them, encourage them, help their Children to get School bags, give them Love gift boxes like on Birthdays or in Christmas Occasions, refer them to other agencies for help where we can’t be able to help, supply toiletries and deodorants to them, pray with them and win them to Christ even on Streets etc. We shall then further try to help them get engaged in vocational training skills to make them earn a living like in the areas of computer information technology, hair dressing; Hotel Operations and Management; Weaving; Nursing; Tailoring; Agricultural farming etc. We have a focus to establish the Magdalene Project Center, which will be used as a rehabilitation center where ladies who’ve been in either commercial sex brothels, have been in prisons, or in drugs, or in alcoholics, etc and now are renewed or have now accepted Christ and are born again , can stay or be welcomed for rehabilitation; counseling; studying; and read the Bible, fellowship, Pray; access to HIV/AIDS prevention/nutrition information, get a vocational training skill(s) or just to be accommodated, as most of them may be having no place, that they call it a home after their former life is over! We’ve started already this project where over 30 women and girls do meet twice every month to study the Bible and pray together, have a word on HIV/AIDS prevention, contribute some money for membership and develop strategies for a way forward.

Note that this is an area that we are really calling for a joint networking partnership especially with International Women Organizations, HIV/AIDS fighting/funding bodies, Foundations, Trusts, Institutions, international networking Ministries, consultant fundraisers, etc., to consider partnering, or just help us, in this project. We desire to convert these ladies into the present day Mary Magdalene of the New Testament who considered changing her lifestyle in the times of Jesus, after accepting to be born again and later became a servant disciple. Donations needed in this area can be in the form of Caps, Tee-shirts, used or new clothes for this women and their children, School Bags, Deodorants, Toiletries, Christmas or Birthday Cards, Gift Boxes, Bibles, tracts, soap ,ointment perfumes, food boxes, HIV/AIDS prevention information books, vocational training skills equipments like computers, laptops etc. Volunteers who want to offer their Psychological Counseling, can do Outreach, or can Wash, do Care-giving to these Women and Girls or their Children offer their vocational teaching services, or just help to raise funds for this project can contact us. We also need those who can be willing to preach to this ladies in outreach encounters face to face and one on one, give some mentoring advice to them, carry research or teach them on HIV/AIDS virus spread rate among them, etc.

Prison and other Humanitarian Aid Ministry

We are not only helping women who’ve been imprisoned, by engaging them in the Magdalene project quoted above, but also do outreaches in nearby Prisons to preach, talk to prisoners, pray with them and give them tracts, used or new clothes, soaps, toothpaste etc. Our key focus prisons are Bungoma Maximum Prison in Bungoma, Sukusa Prison in Kakamega, as well as Kodiaga Maximum Prison in Kisumu, all in the Western region of Kenya. Volunteers can be welcomed to Counsel, Pray for the prisoners, teach them, give them tracts, Bibles etc.

Note that the political crisis in Kenya, which was caused by the disproportional tallying of votes in the December 2007 General Elections led to mass displacements and killings of innocent Kenyans, with so many atrocities being made to Christians, which included the burning and destruction of their Churches, Houses and Properties. This is only but one among other catastrophes that has continued to hit Kenya, including Floods, Tribal clashes, and Hunger. We as a Church Ministry, would like to play our role as Christians and take a helping hand to those affected. We would wish hence to Partner with other Organizations and together, to team up in at least giving any donation(s) (i.e. Food, Water, Clothing, Shelter Tents, Drugs, Blankets, First Aid Boxes, etc.) to our People. Kindly contact us, if the Lord leads you in this area either to give/donate or just to get more Information. -Amen.
